I went in this morning. The chaos in that El Cajon office was terrible. The manager was fighting verbally with a customer about late fees. And the way she was talking to him was just awful. Being in the customer service field made me feel so angry at that situation. I am not saying the customer is always right. I'm saying she has no people skills. I do not recommend. Very unorganized. It seems the left hand doesn’t communicate with the right hand. I recently had a very poor first appointment and stopped the appointment before we were finished and will not be returning.
