I don’t even leave reviews but the experience I just had I have to. If you’re looking for good customer service this is not the dental office. They don’t answer the phone, or check their messages. When I finally reached them & informed them I called and left a message, they will assured me that i did not. Can you stop I would caution anybody not to go here. I had an appointment on tuesday. They called me and told me the dentist wasn't there. I rescheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. I got there a little early filled out the paperwork and sat down. At 4:15 I asked what was going on they told me that they only had one assistant and that it would be very soon. At 4:30 I asked again. My daughter has braces and our experience with Dr. Park and his crew from CA has been amazing! We hope they can keep coming to South Bend each month to continue treating their patients! Please keep bringing them!!! When they haven’t come out appointments were cancelled and that is frustrating, so please keep bringing them each month!!!
Frustrated with these big "buy outs ". The 2 times I have been there since the buy out, staffing has been less than. The first time the hygienist was here and no dentist. This time, the dentist was there and no hygienist. They get the job done, but we are not really happy there anymore.
They over charged us and refuse to give us our money back. We have stopped in and called multiple times. They say they are looking into it and will call back but never do.
