Since Dr Stoller retired and these people took over they have been harassing a mass of people over "unpaid" bills that are not legit. They broke a thriving practice that over 25 years I confidently referred so many people to get caring and quality dental care. My opinion is these people have to chase Doctor's prior patients trying to stay in business, since most of us left with the former staff. Please don't go here. NOTE: Any review that is 5 stars 2023 or before are Stoller's hard earned ones.

This is definitely a place that I would recommend anyone and everyone that I know to come to South Bend Dental and Orthodontics! ALL the staff are extremely nice and caring! Everyone is very professional. Dr.Park has the greatest bedside manner! For anyone who may be afraid to have their teeth worked on, this is the place to visit! I am very satisfied with the service and comfortable too! Best customer service ever! 🥰💖👍

For some reason, the front desk staff is separated from the back house, dental staff and are very rude. They seem to come up with numbers out of the blue and random applied late fees. They’ll give you one number one day another number another keep all of your receipts keep close track of your treatments Because I did not, I trusted the contract I signed and I’m pretty sure I’ve paid for these braces twice.

Absolute nightmare of a front office staff, billing staff and office managers. I was a patient when Dr Stoller owned the office and tried using them once he retired and it’s been a headache ever since. TWO YEARS later I received a bill that did not match the EOB from my insurance, I called multiple times and they said that lots of people have been calling with this same issue and that I, in fact do not owe anything. Took my mom here as it was originally a different dental office however, her dentist retired and sold his practice to SB Dental and Orthodontics. They repeatedly rescheduled her appointments due to staffing issues. Her rescheduled appointments would then get rescheduled. Also, they were not forthcoming with their billing. If you have any doubts about your insurance coverage do not listen to them. They will try to convince you their services are covered by your insurance even if you tell them otherwise.
