This is definitely a place that I would recommend anyone and everyone that I know to come to South Bend Dental and Orthodontics! ALL the staff are extremely nice and caring! Everyone is very professional. Dr.Park has the greatest bedside manner! For anyone who may be afraid to have their teeth worked on, this is the place to visit! Iam very satisfied with the service and comfortable too! Best customer service ever! 🥰💖👍

I always have a great experience at this orthodontist office! Everyone is super kind and makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Park and his assistant Eddie are amazing and really take their time with me. The secretaries, Leslie and leilanai and Mary are also so sweet and welcoming every visit. My results are incredible, and I’m so grateful to be taken care of by such a great team!

Stay away from them. We were with Dr Stoller and loved them when they were bought out by these people it has been horrible. Got a bill saying insurance did not pay and we had to pay. I called and was told that a lot of people have been getting bills and overwhelmed with called and that they will look into it. Got another bill spoke to someone and was told we had to pay it because insurance did not cover. Told her we got proof from insurance company that they were paid. This place deserves ZERO stars. I started receiving bills TWO years after a visit! I started receiving invoices three months ago. The first two months they told me to disregard them because their billing department was going through a bunch of old claims. Month three I called again and they told me that they show I owe $170 from 2023! That total didn't even match the total on my bill! Absolute nightmare of a front office staff, billing staff and office managers. I was a patient when Dr Stoller owned the office and tried using them once he retired and it’s been a headache ever since. TWO YEARS later I received a bill that did not match the EOB from my insurance, I called multiple times and they said that lots of people have been calling with this same issue and that I, in fact do not owe anything.
