Had an appointment at 12:00 and showed up 10 minutes early because I knew I was going to have to fill out paperwork. By 12:45 I am the only person sitting in the waiting room and no one said a single word to me . At 1:00 I told them nicely I was going to have to go. I don’t even leave reviews but the experience I just had I have to. If you’re looking for good customer service this is not the dental office. They don’t answer the phone, or check their messages. When I finally reached them & informed them I called and left a message, they will assured me that i did not. After I assure them i did and read back the number I called i was interrupted mid sentence n was told to have a good day n they hung up. Not letting me know if they fixed my issue or not. Can you stop I would caution anybody not to go here. I had an appointment on tuesday. They called me and told me the dentist wasn't there. I rescheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. I got there a little early filled out the paperwork and sat down. At 4:15 I asked what was going on they told me that they only had one assistant and that it would be very soon. At 4:30 I asked again. My daughter has braces and our experience with Dr. Park and his crew from CA has been amazing! We hope they can keep coming to South Bend each month to continue treating their patients! Please keep bringing them!!! When they haven’t come out appointments were cancelled and that is frustrating, so please keep bringing them each month!!!
My cleaning was done last week. Hygienist did a great job. Nothing feels better than a thorough cleaning.I loved the front desk staff! Thanks ladies for making my first visit feel so welcoming! See you in 6 months for my next appointment!
