This office is a fraud Do not go there
DO NOT GO HERE. Insurance FRAUD. I was told multiple times that the braces consultation would be completely free. I even confirmed before my appointment that my insurance would NOT be billed. However, I just received a notice that they billed my insurance anyway. When I called to question this, the staff member told me they are “obligated” to bill insurance if you have it — which is simply not true — and then abruptly hung up on me.
