DO NOT GO HERE. Insurance FRAUD. I was told multiple times that the braces consultation would be completely free. I even confirmed before my appointment that my insurance would NOT be billed. However, I just received a notice that they billed my insurance anyway. When I called to question this, the staff member told me they are “obligated” to bill insurance if you have it — which is simply not true — and then abruptly hung up on me. This dental office is a FRAUD!! I came in with my husband for a CLEANING which they said included X-rays and an exam all for $39 FLAT. Ofcorse they try to sell you more than you ask for and said he needs a deep cleaning for $500!!!!! That’s is outrages!
