Los asistentes muy bien, pero las personas que te atienden en recepción y administrativos muy mal servicio y muy groserías; hasta parece que le hacen un favor a los clientes.👎👎 The assistants very well, but the people who attend you at the reception and administrative staff very bad service and very rude; It even seems like they are doing the customers a favor.👎👎
They are not forthcoming about procedures. There is no documentation. The dentists are not listed. I have no idea of the work performed here by Dr. Schneider, who said he did a bone graft and extracted teeth; or the dentist who said she filled four teeth when she only did one. Check your insurance charges.
One of the worst dental offices you could come to. Waited 5+ hours (1 full hour I fell asleep in the dental chair btw) and never even completed our work. ASSt. Mgr makes excuses after excuse. They beef up all the bills with weak explanations. Oh and they pretend to do temperature checks rn during covid. I would not recommend, at all.
